After this major update, it appears that all universal spawn points are no longer usable—“MissionMarkAsRespawnPoint,” that is, spawn points set to team “Both”—only those set to Team A or Team B work. They can no longer be clicked on the map either, which directly renders many URL missions unable to respawn.
