Unable to log into the game XBOX X. Press A Continue Option greyed out on load screen

Unable to press A to enter game. Loading screen gives no option or reasons to button press. Have a big disclaimer screen which won’t activate. Can’t get onto game for a while now. I would be pretty annoyed if I had paid for Battle Pass.

Anybody else getting this problem?

This might be a little dumb but I had the same problem. After I shut it down and restarted the problem went away.

I had to remove and reinstall on the X box X but is fine now.
