Ukraine Ground Forces Tree

What’s wrong with the symbols of the 12th Azov Brigade and the same 3 separate assault brigade?

In general I advice blurring the entirety of the crew. Just to be 200% sure that your pictures will stay up.

Well that’s what I mean, I blur crews or delete with AI. But on the tanks emblems and names of brigades, etc. is not a violation so I leave in the form in which it is.

3PK Gravehawk: Immediate Solutions

An update with the 3PK Gravehawk system which we’ve seen pictures of last year, the system is a co-development project between the UK and Denmark that uses a SupaCat HMT chassis, electro-optical targeting, and can fire either AIM-132 ASRAAM’s and (what’s understood to be) R-73’s, 2x mounted at a time. There is unofficial word of the attempted inclusion of the R-27T into this project but I haven’t seen too much. This would make it highly similar to the Indian Samar-2 air defense system. Regardless, this system is designed for close-range air defense utilizing short-range air-to-air missiles.

Good question. I don’t know either. After looking back, it seems the post has been allowed back, but I think that is what they were talking about with the insignias.

Made a post under T-80UD submission, a while back.
Regarding Obj.476 and Obj. 478DU.
Thought I’d share here as well:

Was in response to Ukrainian 478DU’s suspension:

Obj. 478DU had a (imo weird) T-64 suspension.

Not weird, its the most superior of all the T-suspensions but also maintenance heavy and more complicated.
Remember, T-80 started off as an upgraded T-64. Object 476 was the upgraded T-64, first to feature the 1000hp 6TD as a major part of the upgrade.

But was canned and the GTD-1000 would be selected for what would become the T-80 + a suspension similar to that of US’ M60 + inheriting most of T-64’s armor flaws.

{ 476 will lead to 480, in what was envisioned as the ideal T-80, which addressed all the shortcomings of T-64 in terms of armor protection and weak spots on the turret and hull + APS + RCWS + 1000hp 6TD + T-64 suspension. But alas all sacrificed for that turbine as mentioned above i.e obj 478 }

(coming full circle, Ukraine would later upgrade T-64BM2 Bulat with the same 1000HP 6TD, 45 years later, making the Obj.476 project a reality).

Anyways, During Pak trials, Ukraine sent two tanks. 478DU with T-64 suspension and 478DU1 with T-80 suspension. Ukraine still had faith on the T-64 suspension at the time and wanted a revival.
[ IMO, Ukraine wanted a 3rd party trial (here Pakistan) of the T-64 suspension before deciding what to use for their own future MBT project i.e T-84. ]
The trial proved that, due to T-64 suspension being lighter, the overall weight of the Tank was lighter and hence 478DU had a 3-4kmph max speed advantage over 478DU1. But Pakistan went with the simpler T-80 suspension and hence its consecutive mass production which decided the T-84’s suspension’s fate.

( But the T-64 suspension is still proving its worth, cutting through the heavy Ukrainian countryside snow-mud mess every year, especially observed during current conflict, where all other MBTs bog down like T-72s, T-80s, Chally-2s, Leo-1s etc. Hence T-64 is sometimes nicknamed ‘queen of mud n snow’ )

=) Oh yes, there is such a thing, but the information here is a little outdated.
Yes, the T72 T80 T90 in Ukraine have certain problems with mud. But We have a lot of inventors and this issue has already been resolved… Not on all machines, but on 2\3 it has already been done!
Yes, all the data is transferred to partners, I especially like the approach of the well-known German manufacturer of armored vehicles…
There are really professionals working there. True, they were very surprised by the details that they usually did not receive from other allies or did not take into account!
I heard that this data also gets to a “neutral” country that makes very good multi-tool knives =)
Why? Well, they have similar soil, and the realities today are such that information is very valuable! especially on Russian shells

On the picture you did show, different turret can be seen as well

That is 40th Separate Coastal Defence Brigade(ОБрБО - Окрема Бригада Берегової Охорони) , not a Separate Tank Brigade (ОТБр - Окрема Танкова Бригада)

I don’t think so, because Poland will never become part of the country you support!

Poland is part of the Visegrad Group Co-Alition though? Which is not a country btw.

also why did it get take down?

Too many people flagged it so it got hidden automatically.

I have no idea what the guy you responded to said, but perhaps people deemed it too off-topic if it went a bit off track into poland / visegrad techtree ideas. People also just like to flag opinions / ideas that they don’t like even if it wasn’t off-topic or against any rules so it could have been just another case of that.

Regardless, it’s best to just drop it and not continue with it, it’s not like your account will be harmed from just that.

Yes I know, I won’t get banned, just wanted to ask about his opinion ,if the idea could be applied to other nations such as the Visegrad Group. Since it’s in a somewhat similar situation with Ukraine, with another country having ties with it (Italy having the Hungarian sub tree), causing issues/problems for it to be independent in war thunder.

Maybe I was wrong, there was a user here with a similar nickname, he provoked others to violate it in every way, this is all I can write so as not to violate the rules… the user was very toxic

He had a habit of throwing “flags” at messages that said tanks were being produced on the territory of Ukraine, and other historical facts. Because they contradicted Russian history!

Do not mislead people by imposing your opinion on them, especially since they do not know the story of the eternal dispute between Russian / Ukrainian experts about the T-64 and do not have access to literature in Russian / Ukrainian, including books with Tarasenko…Основной танк Т-64. 50 лет в строю - Andrei-bt — LiveJournal
1.The T-64 was adopted as a medium tank weighing 36 tons …
2. The T-64 is the only tank according to the technical specifications for the conditions of Ukraine / Belarus…
3. Have you ever seen a T-64 in the North and Far East of Russia?.

P.S…Honestly, Russia did not influence or insist on the choice of the T-80 Chassis for the T-84/Oplot in any way…
Why didn’t Ukraine create a new undercarriage or upgrade the old one from the T-64 to a variant more suitable for the Oplot?.
