it’s a T-54, has the little dome on the right side (left in the picture) on the top of the turret, iirc its for air circulation

Ukrainian T-72A modified by KhKBM spotted in USA during “Northern Strike 24” event

Modification specifics from Btvt:
The tank is not fully outfitted - there are no emission indicators and searchlights OTSHU-1-7 and modulators (“Shtora”) on the turret. The vehicle also differs from the modification known as the T-72A(M)G by having a commander’s turret with an open-type gun turret, as on the T-72. The Kharkiv upgrades had a turret similar to the T-80UD with “Agat” and stabilization.
