It wouldn’t mean having a joint Polish-Ukrainian line, Poland had tanks that could be placed in Tier I, II and III as well as in the high tier, this would also make the Poles happy to have their vehicles

I’ve got quite a bit of a revamp coming up and I intend to make sure that it better highlight’s Ukraine’s domestic capabilities with some inherited USSR vehicles (which I think is fair to some degree as many nations have this, but I will try to tailor it to a minimum). I appreciate everyone’s inputs 🤙

I did make a Polish-Ukrainian tree posted earlier in the comments if you haven’t seen it. I had issues with I-III though.

Ah, I see now what you mean. I agree with you completely and I can also personally identify with your reasoning, as I for the longest time didn’t even attempt to research the Challenger 2 line in my main tree until they were just recently foldered.
Yet I don’t think this reasoning can be used with this TT suggestion. Yontzee has done great work updating the suggestion with his latest iteration showing some great usage of foldering, which I will do you the service of quoting here:
One of these I personally disagree with, Yontzee seems to avoid folders larger than two (which is mostly warranted) but I believe the T-64BV zr. 2017 should be moved to Rank 6 into the folder with the other 64BV’s. But other than that this newer TT visualization should address your concerns.

It’s very difficult with this forum layout to be entirely informed on a 1000 comment discussion and I shouldn’t expect you or anyone else to have read the entire thing like I have so I do apologies if you’ve felt attacked and I thank you for actually discussing and articulating your opinions for me. :D

Compared to my suggestions… not much activities,. Would be extatic if mine had same level of activeness. I must admit though, this suggestion definitly has way more effort put in. Props to Yontzee.

We try to keep it active when it is warranted, ie posting new vehicles in use with the ZSU if they are modified and/or unseen in the tech-tree
Sometimes there are just new discussions to be had with potential additions (BTR-80UM), improvements to the techtree, suggestions, various pieces which could be added (ie a new camo, the symbol/patch of the ZSU which may deserve to be included,…)

We have also received ~800 new votes which have turned the approval from 73% to 69%. I do wonder where such a large, coordinated, and quick influx of votes has come from. Weird!

On behalf of the LATAM project, I’d like to apologize for the hate and downvote raid. Comparing both trees was never my intention, as I’m a firm believer that any tech tree proposal that was made with effort put into it has its own merit (yours being an example).
The only time I ever made a comparison was regarding vote count (we saw your post as a milestone, so we wanted to see if we could beat it) and that’s it. Sadly I think some people saw this as a competition and thus tried to undermine your progress.
There’s absolutely no reason to compete as this is not a competition by any means, so for any LATAM supporter who reads this and raided this post, please apologize to them and reconsider your opinion on it. As a matter of fact, I think we should work together, the same way Diseños Casanave worked together with KMDB to develop the T-55M8A1 aka Tifón-2A. Both our trees would add a lot more flavour to War Thunder with their introduction of domestic vehicles and unique modifications.
Personally, I voted yes for your project, and I think it should start at Rank VI, so it cuts straight to the point and eliminating a lot of copy-pastes. Also I think this tree is free to use Western equipment, as that is the nature of Ukraine now (being a mix of east and west).
With all of this settled, I wish you all good luck on your project! Onwards to 5k and above!
