The UK tech tree could have one of the most unique weapon lineups due to the subtrees. Although there would be a lot of overlap with mainly the H&K and FN weapons the opportunities for prototype and rare weapons are exciting. Common early Cold War weapons would include the Lee Enfield, Browning Hi-Power, Bren LMG, the Sterling SMG. The FN FAL were used by all the UK subtrees represented in game as well as the FN MAG, with the Minimi also being very common.
Unique weapons that could be added to the tree are: The EM-2 a prototype bullpup leading up the to the L85, Canadas brief use of the M1 Garand and M14EBR, the L85 and its subsequent models, the Indian INSAS rifle and LMG, the Australian F/EF88 licensed Steyr AUG weapons and Maximi GPMG, The South African Vektor R4/5, standard issue rifles based on the Galil AR/M as well as the prototype CR-21 rifle meant to replace those rifles. The SS-77 and Mini-SS could be cool, non-FN machine guns to add variety. Unique anti-material rifles such as the AW-50 and NTW-20 could also be added
It would also be a cool feature if you could change the uniform of the soldier you play as to any country in the tech tree. This would also have to be period accurate depending on the weapon BR.
