well, interesting, though I again have to say that this is not a Gun&Missile System which is good for close and long range engagements.
This vehicle wouldn’t go to Germany, it was modified in Russia XD
it still has a chance to go to germany since it would balance stuff out.

The amount of trial vehicles that people want added + is being added, kinda indicates that it doesn’t really matter that much anymore

Though you could argue the Russians trialed it at their proving grounds.
I made an assumption based on this that you wouldn’t be up for trialed vics since they were neither domestic nor used
Actually, if we go by the other Pantsir suggestion for USA, it does mention it being tested by US forces in Germany, if that’s anything to go by
Theres no evidence of it even being able to function since it was damaged before it was captured. Also the fire controls are credential locked though I’m not sure if Gaijin takes that into account.
I’m guessing it was somewhat functioning if they bothered running tests on it, unless they were running tests on scraps for whatever
As for the fire controls, yeah that one seems a bit iffy since i don’t know any vehicles in a similiar situation
Only thing that gets somewhat similiar that i can think of is the King Tiger sweden got
Guessing it was able to fire but they didn’t have any shells to test it
So which is more important in this case, being able to fire in general but not have the munition or not being able to fire but have the ammo for it
