It has been a while since someone mentioned it, so I will just make a poll here about TY90 RN, cause seemingly no one is killed by a single TY90 for months now in my experience.
How often does TY90 kill u?
If indeed the efficiency of this missile is low enough, maybe the helis that are moved up in BR due to it should have better AG weapons or lower BR?
Probably people stopped abusing this by spawning with AAM’s and camping on a enemy helipads.
Honestly I cannot remember the last time I died to a TY90, but I’ll guess I’ll say once in the past month.
No point, China now has CAS, with JH7 or F16 it is much easier, why would I spawn something that can only do anti air which could easily be shot by ARH?
Seeing as it doesn’t make a difference anymore, why does the helis such as the Z9 which has worse capability than for example Tiger HAP still higher in BR?

Yeah honestly agree. Only Z-10 have turret, and TY-90 are the only weapon you can defend yourself. BA9 are worse than Hellfires, except maneuverability. Z-9 BR is kinda a joke, even Cobra’s are better in terms of A2G weaponary. Both Z-19 should be the like 10.7-11.0, Z-9WA - 10.3 (4x AKD-9 lol), but the basic Z-9 is a hard to balance at this point. The main thing I don’t really like about them - their RWR. It’s still somehow not fixed.
Yeah, but I mean its like a flying Strela, although I guess since Strela 10.3, it should be lower cause spawn cost.
And it’s not that hard to flare to be honest, people just drop flares without changing their flight path and they get killed by it (NO WAY!!!). While Strela missile is unflarable if you are flying high, due to photocontrast.
It’s such a potent missile at such a low BR. Quite ridiculous that they can carry 8 or so at like 10.3… crazy man…

TY90? 4 at 10.3 for Z9, which costs more than 5 Strelas, 8 at 11.0 for the other Z9, whilst all heli have better AG weapons than TY90 carriers.
