This configuration of ARMA II 8x8 is also interesting. We’ve seen it in İDEF 2025 with AESA Radars, here they seems to be removed.

Suggestions of KAPLAN STAs are being pending, got a good post about them.

Rolling Track Leads to Victory

It’s been a while since we last updated our Turkish Ground Forces Tech Tree project. We’ve been working on a new visual style, and it’s finally ready for you to see. Instead of using real photos, we’re now featuring blueprint-style images of the vehicles to give the tree a cleaner and more unified look. We’d love to hear your thoughts on this visual change.

Visual changes are not the only thing we’ve done to the Tech Tree. We’ve removed and shuffled some of the vehicles to make it more in-line with other nations tech tree. Also we’ve added on of Turkey’s SAM options, HİSAR-O, to Anti-Air Branch. I’ll be updating the main suggestion according to new Tech Tree placements.

Visual changes aren’t the only updates we’ve made to Tech Tree! We’ve also removed and rearranged some vehicles to bring it more in line with the tech trees of other nations. On top of that, we’ve added one of Turkey’s Surface-to-Air Missile systems, HİSAR-O, to Anti-Air branch. I’ll be updating the main suggestion soon to reflect these new placements in the Tech Tree.

they probably understood the importance of anti air in the drone era, i dont know if gaijin will one day add drones to the game (im not against the idea if its in a separated game mode) but with the possible introduction of infantry i see the concept

Since the Pakistani Oplot tank is added to china as a free squadron vehicle will we see the T84 Yatagan in the Turkish tech tree?

We already have the T-72KAE and the Leo 2NG. Although it is a Ukrainian T-84 modified to meet the needs of the Turkish Land Forces, it cannot be added as a sub-vehicle because we have a Kazakh sub-tree, not a Ukrainian one. However, we could create a mixed sub-tree similar to the English tree, which features several African countries as well as India. In our case, for the Turkish tree, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan and Ukraine would come to mind.

nahh the t84 can easily go to a Turkish TT because China also has a subtree and got the t84 beside Pakistan had one for testing the same with turkey and Sweden with t80 and mi28 so i don’t think gaijin will care if a country buy or test a vehicle(like Greece can easily take a Challenger 2E). And i think that turkey will be a sub tree fir Korean TT or get their own TT with countries that are close like Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan (that will add in the TT a butthole of soviet stuff

I want it to come as a Turkish vehicle not a Ukrainian vehicle since the Gaijin brings oplot it as a free squadron vehicle this wont cause any problems

As if it has a place ingame besides a Ukrainian tree, which would have tons of Oplots to choose from anyways. The Yatagan is unique and tailored for the Turkish, it would be hypocritical for me to ask for Pakistan to get the Oplot-P and not be for the Yatagan.

The Korean tree will be added. The fact that the Turkish tree will not be added could be seen as a numerical “double standard.” Because:

South Korea tech tree (I used South Korea as a basis, despite United Korea Ground being small.) (2551 people)

Yes: 2551 × 0.86 = 2193.86 → 2194

No: 2551 × 0.14 = 357.14 → 357

Turkish tech tree (2783 people)

Yes: 2783 × 0.83 = 2310.89 → 2311

No: 2783 × 0.17 = 472.11 → 472

In terms of both participation and majority vote, the Turkish tree is ahead in the voting between these two trees.

I hope the Turkish tech tree can be added as soon as possible.

Ukrainian tree suggestion almost has more votes (5302) just for yes than both the Turkish and United Korea trees combined, have in total (5334).

Votes don’t matter for Gaijin, the polls don’t actually dictate anything, they are pointless. It doesn’t sway or influence any decisions made by Gaijin. This has been pretty clear on the addition of some vehicles as either event or premiums, and game mechanics. The only votes that actually matter to Gaijin are steam reviews.

They don’t change the game based solely on the numbers. There’s a War Thunder E-Sports Poland channel on Twitch, but there’s no Polish tech tree in the game, and the admins didnt said anything about Polish vehicles coming in the future. Anton Yudintsev, founder of Gaijin Entertainment, said, “Turkiye is an important market for us, and its importance will grow even more as we recently introduced local prices in the local currency and have seen an influx of new players.” Turkiye is also a major military power. Our game is a comprehensive military simulator, so it’s inevitable that War Thunder will have more Turkish content in the future and reflect the real-life role of the Turkish army."

Actually a few tech tree ground vehicles is enough (as a subtree) , not premium not event really free and anytime unlockable ground vehicles…
