Türkiye will buy Eurofighter Tranche 4‘s from Quatar.
New Addition for the Air Tree.
Speaking of Air TT
Wonder if there’s a draft of a Turkish Air TT even if it’s sparse
Nope, no Turkish Air TT suggestion, but im curious to see what it can bring to the table
There is no Suggestion but a finished Tree in the Turkish Technology Tree Discord Server
I definitely do know that the Turks upgraded their NF-5’s & F-5’s with help from IAI known as the “NF-5/F-5 2000”, mostly to upgrade the avionics to F-16C standards. That’s on top of Turkey operating both NF-5’s, F-5A’s, B’s, E & F’s on top of that. CF-104’s, F-104G’s, F-104S’s. Turkey also operated of vehicle models that are in game but not specific models (Fw-190A-3, F-100C, He-111F-1). That’s not including the more recent developments of Domestic Designs (Kaan, Hurkus & Hurjet)
I like the idea of Tukey getting more and more Domestic Designs since the turkish military industry is booming
We can also expect a lot more in the next years
T3A specifically from Oman and Qatar.
Well, there is a complete version of it. Hopefully I can find time to finish the suggestion.
Currently working on ground for a slight update, after that I’m planning to finish the Aviation suggestion.
Today third production model Altay T1 Main Battle Tank was delivered to Turkish Armed Forces with another ceremony held at BMC Factory.
Altay Main Battle Tank powered by BMC Power’s indigenous BATU engine was also revealed to the public for the first time. The testbed was displayed with weights installed to simulate the turret’s mass during testing.
ROKETSAN also released a video showcasing their capabilities in armor manufacturing and testing as well as showing their work on Altay T1’s Armor Package.

If it were added to War Thunder it would definitely be the coolest looking tank in the game
that and its cousin the K2
I just want to Play them in one lineup with the M60T, Gürz, Leo 2A4T1, Altay AHT (I‘m Bad in flying Planes so no Jet in the lineup)
I would not even be mad if im killed by that
As the Eurofighter deal continues to mature, more concrete details are becoming available. Turkey and United Kingdom have signed an agreement for 20 brand-new Eurofighters, however it is not yet been confirmed which Tranche will be procured under this deal.
There have been several reports discussing the specifics of the deal. According to rumors, Turkey might have the ability to integrate its own indigenous munitions into Eurofighter. Additionally, it is rumoured that Turkey may procure up to 60 more aircraft, from the United Kingdom, Germany, and Spain with 20 units from each nation’s production line.
Turkey is also acquiring 24 Second-Hand Eurofighter Typhoon T3A from Oman and Qatar. Although both countries operate Tranche 3A variants, their configurations differ significantly. Oman’s Eurofighter T3As are equipped with Captor-M Pulse-Doppler Radar, while Qatar’s T3As feature the more advanced Captor-E/ECRS Mk0 AESA radar. Reports also suggest that Qatar’s Tranche 3A will undergo upgrades and maintenance to bring their capabilities closer to Tranche 4 standard.
In current situation Turkey will be acquiring total of 44 Eurofighter;
- 12 Tranche T3A, Second Hand Royal Air Force of Oman
- 12 Tranche T3A, Second Hand Qatar Emiri Air Force
- 20 Tranche T4, Brand New, United Kingdom
So, in War Thunder, Turkey could potentially get three different Eurofighter variants, or even four with Oman’s modernized T3A. However, it’s difficult to say anything for certain until deliveries actually begin.
will we see the Turkish Air Tech Tree in the forum?
Soon, yes.
with subtree or single tree?
We don’t have a subtree planned for our air tree at the moment, but things might change in the future
Dont forget that Turkey will probably add indigenous missiles to the news Eurofighters, like they did with the F16s, the F4s, the Hürjet etc.
So its not a copy paste, but a truely unique aicraft
