Turkish Ground Forces Tech Tree

I highly doubt Turkey has anything to do with this vehicle.

I pretty sure it has nothing to do with Turkey, I haven’t seen anything related to us at all. Only possibility would be some small Turkish firm acquired rights and offered it, even that seems like a stretch.

Even then, there is no shortage of 25mm armed vehicle built by Turkish arms industry, I can count like a dozen on top of my head, it is not really needed.

Well here it is on StandartBio’s website.

"Standartbio has completed many successful programs with ADVS team in TURKEY including a license agreement to produce family of wheeled armored vehicles in country.

The two partner companies are seeking an opportunity to launch a program in Turkey with ADVS’s new family of 6x6x6 / 8x8x8 vehicles “CHAMELEON” and 4x4x4 “M-APEX”.

So yeah. Turkey has some involvement. Apparently were partnered for its potential sale within Turkey but that probably went nowhere. The connection to Turkey is just about as strong as the AMBT, so there’s probably some chance.

StandartBio is generally takes part as local partner in projects, they neither produce nor design offered vehicles. (Well, they might have some their own designs but those are not military products) So its not much of an involvement.

As I’ve stated, they only have/had license, I’m not even sure if they have means to produce them in Turkey.

Pretty slim if you ask me. AMBT should’ve been added as Destroyer (or M60A3 Destroyer, L3 Destroyer etc) in the first place. AMBT would be fine event vehicle in Turkish Tech Tree, but in US it makes no sense to me.

Did you say the same things when countless prototypes and non-existent vehicles were added to the Russian and Chinese trees? :)

No, because said prototypes are actually real.

What you see in the pictures here are literally things someone on the internet came up with, not an actual engineer.

I’m highly curious to what vehicles you believe to be “fake” xd
