It wouldn’t be noticeably better than my other vehicles, I would expect it to end up about worse than my ZLT11.
I won’t deny that most of my dislikes of the 2S38 are purely subjective, one would say weird, hangups.
However, if I were to give one objective reason to not touch it, the BMP-3 chassis would be it, it’s simply not fast enough to enable proper LT, especially at 10.3 where it’ll only outpace the worst MBTs, and have wheeled LTs beating it to every couter position.
Were Gaijin to add the ATOM, and were the ATOM’s weapon firing the same thing as the 2S38 I’d seriously consider it. However as thing stands, if this instant BVVD were to noclip into my house, put a gun to my head, and force me to buy a Soviet premium LT, I’d pick the BMD-4M over the 2S38.
Bro i been using the kh38 they get shot down before reaching the battlefield and as for the ML i tried testing them in a test flight and they dont work half the time for some reason

Thats down to the new Radar control screen SAMS have it shows everything so they can just ripple fire them at your missiles. And with the instant rearming crate the launchers hardly ever run dry.
Gaijin also nerfed GPS guidance massively.
That would have been a simple addition but then you risk giving Britain and France the best IFV in the game in terms of fire power and you simply can’t do that.

Im pretty sure you can make every tech tree sound handheld by only listing their strong points. But Us winrates and performance shows pretty well that the tree is not handheld at least compared to the Russian tree
The reason for US winrates and performance is solely beecause of the people playing them! Expecting ODS and 73 Easting results and thus playing them in such manner. US is by far the easiest tree to play in combined mode since in every BR you have pretty much a complete line up
