Even if you struggle at the game and all your tanks are negative, the 2S38 should be at least 2.0K/D

I would love a 2S38 equivalent but we dont have one and have to use 9.0/10.0 tanks for higher tiers.
Maybe one day Gaijin will add the Ajax and you can rip on me then for being crap with it.

I’m pretty confident that I could get decent stats with the 2S38, but it costs money.
The main reason that you’ll have a hard time finding a 2S38 with good stats, is that any player that spends time playing light tanks will recognise at a glance how limited it is and go toward something else.

Alright gamers ive been playing germany again to get the iris t and playing vics that are actually responsive is wild been in russian gulag for a year grinding and I feel like the chains are lifted.
If I was playing with money on the line and had to choose between t90m and the leopard 2k i’d choose the leopard at 9.7. Being able to peak over a hill take a shot and reverse back into cover that fast is just wow.
I’ve been doing stuff in things like the tam2c/leo2’s I could only dream of in t series. And I dont really notice much difference in survibility, ya the armor is worse on the ufp, but who is shooting there? If I get shot more times than not in either tank im either disabled or dead all the same, if anything being mobile enough to get back into cover faster is more survivability than armor is gonna provide. I can’t force people to not shoot my breach or lfp.
Oh ya and the turrets aren’t handcranked.

I really, genuinely wish you would do that, and that your stats with 2s38 would be noticebly better than your average stats from other vehicles. I hope you would get it with like -50% or through marketplace gold or sth

You don’t need the meta to go above 1.0 K/D.
I’ve yet to see someone overperforming in his 2S38 though.

I still think the majority of the hate the 2s38 recieves is because of how most players play/die to it. Newer/bad players in the 2s38 don’t know where to aim but can usually figure out shoot gun and tacks, and also get into these bad situations fighting mbts from the front to begin with. This ends up for the other player on the receiving end to be in a scenario where they just have to sit there and watch a 2s38 pummel them for 5+ seconds unable to do anything but watch and that is a whole hell of lot more frustrating then dying to a single hit.
and because its a light tank you are also scouted, so you are probably getting 3rd partied eventually if he can’t kill you before you repair and then its even worse because you just wasted 30 seconds sitting in smoke just to die anyways and the 2s38 started the whole show.
