Yes. You may lose premium time though when you get the transfer done. Buy you keep any purchased vehicles when you do a transfer.
something to note is that the Premium A-26 from the PS store WONT carry over for some reason but that is what Gaijin decided (I think the XM-1 (Chrysler) transfers though)
