aha, waht a weird occurance, i havent played with in a while, my name is also the same, last i played with you was during some naval battles. Id say we both have made great progress since then, ive started to reach top tier in 4 nations and am hoping that naval gets better.
Three days already I can’t log into my account.
You have to wait until it’s processed. Please don’t create any additional support tickets as this will automatically place you to the end of the line.
Here goes my experience: pretty straightforward, no problem at all:
I sent the request on Saturday, understandably they replied on Monday, letting me wait for the Specialist in a few days. On Thursday the Specialist asked me if I accepted the TOS regarding the account change, which I promptly replied. On the same day the Specialist replied saying that the operation had started and I had not to login until it was over. The next day, today, they told me that the account transfer was done and I can gladly confirm. I have basically never replied unless they told me to, so not to loose the priority as gromvoiny said.
Wtf happened to my account name? Oh, it happened to others as well!

Very smooth, literally just wait for a response. They also send you an e-mail each time they reply on your ticket. In a few days it will be done.

Check your spam folder sometimes emails get sent there. They will ask you if you followed the direction and consent to the rules ( basically this is a one way transfer ) then they process it. took 4 hours or so for them to finish mine. I got an email at 12:30 am my time saying they will start the process and around 4:40am got an emails saying its done all be fore i woke up for the day lol.
The only issue now is i cant log into the forums with main account. So the crazy name is the name that is linked to the console account. so i logged out and try to log back in with the new pc account ( same email ) and i get this
Currently waiting for a specialest to get back to me. I have no other issues logging into the game or war thunder live. Also spent time in the market place looking around lol
nope, not a single email other than someone replied to my comment on the forums or me logging in on a new browser.
im also waiting for the specialist. hope it wont take much longer tbh as i need to gamble
same as the other dude, i got a response on tuesday and checked my email and still nothing, hopefully they can get back to me soon

ik that but its still kinda a bummer that they had all week to do mine while other people had theres done in a day, but ig all of us cant be lucky, at least we got a response on the ticket.

The only reason why I can reply to you is that I keep this forum website up all the time and stay signed in.

tbh its wild seeing some people who submitted a ticket a day after me get their account transferred next day and im still waiting and have since Tuesday morning
so am I, i got a response on tuesday and ive still yet to get a response since then, some people get all the luck. I pray to god by like next week they get it done cause im trying to get the obj 292
i have begun the account transfer process and the store support team said to “please contact us to start the unlinking process” do i need to make another support ticket or just respond in the same ticket?
you respond to the same ticket. you just have to let them know that you are agreeing to the terms of the transfer process and you have done everything ( like spending all the GE and coupons )
