I raised my ticket on the 17th of Feb, the ticket got assigned on the 19th (the next working day), and I have just now been contacted to start the unlinking process, on the 15th of march. That’s a day shy of 4 weeks wait time for the process to start. I will update when the unlinking is complete. I am very excited.

Like already answered here many times, the process itself takes a couple of days. It’s the number of other users waiting in the line before you (that is still measured in thousands) that makes it unpredictable.

Well, this service was put on hold for a year, so we’re working with a massive backlog right now. It should thin out eventually.

I have created a ticket yesterday and It’s up.
Man I submitted mine on the 16th and had my last response on the 21st and I’m still waiting for them to contact me back since then about whether I want to go through with the account transfer or not. How come mine is taking longer than other people even if they submitted their support ticket after mine? I triple checked before submitting it and I met all of the prereqs. I’ve been out of my squadron since the 15th of Feb and just waiting since then. My ge balance has also been at 0 and My email has been verified for 2 years or so. Idk why it’s been taking this long
