Yup still a useless vehicle. It should be 9.0 or even 8.7 in its current state, drones are outranging its radar-lock and killing it for free SL and RP.
They should just buff the damage or reduce the proxy radius, asrad-r has only 20g more explosives but it easily one shots planes.
