Just to be clear, the player was punished because you reported them, NOT because you posted on the forum. Posting content that breaks the rules (even second hand) is against the rules on the forum.
If you see content in chat that breaks the rules, just report them and DO NOT engage with them, there is no reason to answer them as it will more likely than not just create even more messages that break the rules from both sides.

This is pure nonsense.
Nobody enforces anybody to react on provocations.
Playing the race & country card is typical for certain individuals. Using derogatory language in response brings you on the same level.
Using “sha bi” is actually worse; using symbol language to mask insults looks a bit strange - hope that nobody takes the time and look for the replay and report you too.
