I was flying along peacefully, when my teammate shot me and ran into me on purpose. At the end of the game, I WAS suspended for team killing with a 13.000 SL penalty and 6.000 repair cost.

I experienced something similar. I was flying in Air RB, after take off the guy behind me started making some maneuvers around me and he ended ramming me (and I was just flying straight), To my surprise while returning to hangar i noticed i got charged of teamkill. You got luck only 13k, my penalty was way bigger.
Teamkilling policy in this game is like a big joke and, in a game where we already earn very little, penalties are exaggerated.

Our team was purposefully sabotaged the other game. We heard the enemy nuke siren and a couple of us (including me) J’d out to spawn aircraft to shoot down the enemy nuke. Unfortunately an enemy in blue flying an F-84 decided it would be funny to shoot down our entire team.
I didn’t get charged for a TK, however we lost that match, likely because of this guy

The whole team??? Is it possible? As far as I know after the second tk you are kicked from the match
There were 4 of us including him, I think he critical damaged the last one who probably crashed

Even firing a fox-1 or fox-3 is a bad idea if there’s a furbal or a friendly near the enemy. “brain disconnected”.

With less than 600 Air RB matches i would not recommend to fly the P-51 D-30. The skill floor to make especially this aircraft work requires a lot of experience.

Best reply I got after a tk was “you were trying to KS! I SAW HIM FIRST”, while I was in a gunfight and he shot a missile from around 10 km lol
You missed one point mate. If i understood correctly, he’s not complaining about being teamkilled, but about being penalized and charged for teamkill whilst he didn’t teamkill anyone.

The AntiTank_AA guy is correct. Certain missiles like R-77 are slow and by the time it reaches the target, lots can change in the situation.
You might be correct - but from my pov the fact that this false teamkill allocation in cases of intentional ramming is still not solved after so many years and dozens of not processed bug reports is annoying like hell.
I would be upset too - it is like getting a speeding ticket whilst driving not faster than allowed - nobody is a fan of that. The difference to wt ramming team killing is that you can mostly prove your innocence in court in case of a false speeding accusation - whilst in wt gaijin don’t cares about SL losses, potential crew locks or lost boosters.

Agree! When leviathans update was released they messed up tons of things, including radars. I was kicked from an EC match for double tk because my radar kept marking friendlies as enemies. I made them notice, they didn’t care at all. And it wasn’t about spamming missiles here and there, i talk about spotting a single plane at altitude, marked as enemy by tws mode and src too, my rwr also gave a ping of an F-15 and… surprise! It was a Su-30. Not only i lost SL and an active wager, I wasn’t able to play for about 2 days because of all the issues and I got NO refund, no compensation, NOTHING. 2 days of premium lost into nothingness
Report them for teamkilling and exploiting game bugs.
