It would be just for the tow2B, the bill correctly uses heat.
I found a source stating that the BILL 2 uses EFP charges:
" One of the first OTA (Overfly Top Attack) missiles was the TOW-2B, which flies 1.5 meters above the line of sight and, when the target is detected below the missile by optical and magnetic sensors, fires two projectiles formed by detonation downward into the roof of the vehicle.This dual warhead is designed to defeat reactive-armored vehicles. The Saab-manufactured BILL-2 is similar in operating principle and structure. The BILL-2 can also be fired directly at ground targets in direct-fire mode, but then the proximity fuze does not function (the magnetic sensor is switched off in semi-active mode).

“hollow charge jet” and “shape charge jet”…
Would take like one line of code to make it work correctly but apparently having a weapon that specifically targets the weakness of Russian tanks means it’s impossible to have it working correctly.
Like i said before, the game is russian, so no big surprise
