afaik the 9L/i is the same as a 9M just excluding the smokeless motor

Identical except the 9Ms have the smokeless motor.
ICE has the advantage of better turn performance, better CMs (though less) and better gun compared to the F3. Also has the limited multirole, which is nice in gamemodes like SIM.
F3 has a better radar and slightly higher flat line speed.
They are essentially identical in overall performance and should be the same BR.
Aim120A and Aim120B are 100% identical

So they are better, even though its as slight as a smokeless motor and potentially better IRCCM/ECCM? Id have to double check the 2nd part.
Just sad to see the states of both these planes, and the ones to come. Seems Germany and UK are in the same boat, but different ocean. Germany lacks any semblance of CAS, UK lacks fighters.
Both nations share the same pain with planes at this point, kind of sad to see how the Tornados have been handled so far.

they are more then likely gonna stay a Gimmick weapon where as the Paveway 4s and PGMs will be the actual things you use to kill targets
at least you get the new plane with the new weapons ;)
Germany doesn’t get that choice, and when they did add a new unique weapon, its been broken (As.34 kormoran)
Id say UK is slight better than Germany because of that.
ARH Gripen vs ARH F4F is easy win for Gripen.
Both germany and uk needs the eurofighter typhone both for cas but also as an air to air fighter

100% agree.
If they don’t want to add fighter EF AND CAS EF, id settle for the fighter, and get the ASSTA3 tornado, which makes the most sense.
Don’t really care about the F18, its cool and all, but I’d like something German for Germany lol.
What DOESN’T make sense is adding more and more fighters/CAS to other nations that literally already have 2-3 copies of EACH

What are the gimbal limits of the Litening II?
Yeah the f15E and Su34 is built on a fighter airframe but the tornado is built on a bomber so the only good thing about the tornado gr4 is the brimstone and the gbu 4
tbh would rather just got the better pod on the Gr1 with its BR at 11.3 lol would have also saved me 420k RP in a grind
again it really depends what you look at, air the uk is better and it isnt a contest, you look at ground and germany is better

Almost every single nation besides USSR lacks a real top-tier AA.
Only amazing German tank is the 2A7, which is now the 2nd best 2A7 (2A7HU).
The other light tanks options for Ger, besides being 1 BR lower, have horribly-performing Spikes and track/wheel blowout issues.
But the 2A7s, lack good reload rates, and are now being hit with rotational stops, so we’ll see how it fares going forward.
Gaijin really does need to step it up with their ground, stupid amount of reports for Challengers, Pumas, etc.

The thing is, I play in Sim EC, and it’s really frustrating that GJ is adding something broken instead of an interesting plane. As you understand, the Brimstone doesn’t pose any imbalance in this mode.

Bait? One has a range of over 100km, goes mach 2, and has it’s own propulsion.
One is a missile, the other is a bomb. Lol.
If anything, in it’s current config. It’s basically useless in sim. ePaveways will be nice to use, but brimstones… I just don’t see a use case. To attack a convoy you would have to make 9 attack runs, you are better off just using PGMs and making 3 sorties, probably safer too.
