I’m pretty sure it goes every 4 digits in chinese unlike the 3 digits in english/other european languages

Chinese main shout cause Gaijin still not give them a full-domestic top tier SPAA, removed existing one from top BR and still need to pay 200K RP to get a thermal
Russian main shout cause they still using Tunguska for 11.0 preset and lack of their iconic VLS SAM
Other country main shout cause TOR moved to 11.0 while ADATS and OTO still at 11.7 and 11.3 and China have 2 11.0+ SPAAs
They may not be very good at satisfying everyone, but they can definitely make everyone unhappy.

yes, I’ve used both.
no, range and G-pull does not make the Tor better.

1- I agree, remove the APFSDS round from OTOMATIC and move it to 10.3/10.7.
2- ADATS and TOR-M1 might as well be the same BR.

Pretty much every AA at top tier could be moved down, not competitive against what they’re seeing
