WHAT HAS BEEN FPS? I threw the game for 2 months, and the fps began to fall from 120 to 70 constantly, and sometimes even lower, especially in the sight. And on any cards. Windows even put a new one. On the components of the RTX 3060 TI GD 6X, Ryzen 7 5700X, 32GB 3600. The game is on ssd. Resolution 1080. It used to fly - I set everything except 4X sampling, effects, and grass (and I didn’t enable RTX) to a maximum of 120. In other games, the FPS remained normal. I even tried rolling back the drivers
Many people are having this FPS problem, including me, especially on the Attica map. I’ve been playing War Thunder for a while now with the same graphics settings, almost all on high, but lately I’ve been experiencing constant FPS drops even with Nvidia drivers and updates installed (my configuration is RTX2050, I512450H).

Try deleting the shaders and cache files for WT, then verify the files in the launcher
