im gonna give you a benefit of the doubt and assume that theres something getting lost in translation.
czech republic is succesor state of czechoslovakia, same as slovakia.
I oppose czechoslovakian (or czech and/or slovakian) operated and owned praga and L-39 in soviet TT due to historical reasons because that would be like adding china operated and owned VT-4 to japan.
I would also oppose addition of chinese operated and owned VT_4 to japan.
I however do not see an issue with soviet (or syrian, egypt etc.) owned and operated L-39 in soviet TT.
I also do not see an issue with thai VT-4 in thai subtree.

In fact, the new plan will not add too much work, and it can fundamentally alleviate the current intense debate. If gaijin insists on the feasibility of this plan, my suggestion is that gaijin can make experiments first and then promote it based on the results.

Yeah, that’s the problem. But sadly it’s our only option as players we have to act fair to all sides:
→ Not adding VT-4 is unfair to Thai players who want to see their tank in game
→ Moving the Thai subtree away is unfair to Japan players who need the support to match other nations
→ Just adding it as it is now is a historical issue for Chinese players
Maybe a “neutral” option could also be to give an option to select techtree names/flags between the nations included. So instead of just having Japan it’s whatever each player selects from the options of Thailand, Japan or Indonesia.
This might be a lot easier to implement and be a more realistic solution than completely changing the name. It would also still make Japan no more of a “main” nation than any other, since the nation presented is whatever a player decides and Japan is just one of the options.

I means gaijin will never think about how to optimize the game environment until something breakout. The battlepass had an serious bug, but Gaijin doesn’t even think of a way to solve it. It will be a very long time for wating Gaijin workout a new TT system .
I’m not meaning Gaijin can’t do this stuff, but for now, I think Gaijin still working on buliding a new folder XD

Yeah that was the idea. An easy solution to the immediate issue, because arguably that’s what’s needed.
Ther iss still other quality improvements it would add, mainly giving space that otherwise wouldn’t be there and allowing for more logical progression. National representation is also still better that way, giving them even some more functional distinction if a player wants to that simply isn’t possible now.
But the rework itself would also take time and if done properly also a lot of testing. I doubt it would be here quickly and even if they did it it might be a change that might need testing across multiple update’s dev servers before being released to make sure it’s implemented with players best interest in mind.
So it’s a very good point ADS145 brought up here saying that a solution needs to be easy if we want to have any chance for Gaijin to use it now when something is needed fast especially.
At this point in the discussion, it’s clear to everyone why so many people dislike Chinese players and keep asking for a closed server just for them.

Dude ,we just fight for our right ,VT-4 join in Jap TT was just a fuse ,Gaijin nerfed almost every vehicles without explicit information (as I know ger usa gbr ita isr have the same problem ,maybe swd ?) But chn TT got nerf the most time . That’s why we against Gaijin , forced them fix bugs and bring the nerfed vehicles back to normal ,not the strongest ,but normal.
Same as other nerfed TT (ger usa gbr ita isr) players, they should fight for their vehicles too !That’s not the chn players’ fault ,not eu-us players’ fault ,not any players’ fault .Gaijin mess up every things and still wanna dividing us！
So you’re not my enemy ,as the same.
“Nerfed vehicles” have nothing to do with this. If you guys do not have anything other than “but ours feelings” please stop derailing the thread.

To some extent pretty much everyone has that somewhere. The Type 10’s armor leayout for example is based on some guy saying “It’s light so it must have holes”. I’d link some more specific quotes but sadly they are lost with the old forum.
Anyways I really hope you guys get some change to be made, because this could be a step in the right direction and benefit the game as a whole. And at the very least it gets historical fixes to Chinese vehicles, which is never a bad thing either.

I see Alpha Jet TH as a Thai plane, despite being previously manufactured and used by Germany. It was bought and is operated by Thailand, thus it is a Thai plane.
