When it comes to other countries’weapons appeared in Chinese TT ,well, these weapons are operated by Chinese on Chinese lands.Any questions about that?
For me, I’d only see it as an issue if it had the Japanese flag behind it and was explicitly Japanese.

VT-4 is not getting added as a premium or as a vehicle this update to Japan. they already have said it multiple times in this thread.

at this point i assume all of us are discussing politely its chances of ever being added in the future to the THAI sub tree
But Thai vehicles are operated by Thailand on Thai lands. In game they will operate under the Thai flag by Thai crew.
This shouldn’t be an issue, just celebrate the export success of the VT-4.

ig we removing like 90% of most of the game, cause most of it being US made. yes its made by nations like russia and america but definitely we cannot have export stuff

In fact, vehicles on the Chinese tech tree are, at the very least, either domestically produced in China or captured – they have historical verification. Adding a sub-tree, however, is a far more complex issue.
Realistically, if the Japanese tech tree wants to include vehicles like this, the solution is to transform the “Japanese Tech Tree” into an “Asian Tech Tree”. Within this tree, each vehicle should clearly display its nation of origin. That would be a much more reasonable approach.

Of course we know it won’t be added this time,we just want to ensure that VT4 or any Chinese vehicles won’t be added to Japanese TT. Only the Japanese TT I mean.This has been confirmed by gaijin before but now they are trying to break it.

Nah making JP TT into Asian tree would be way more contraversial
Outside of glooming at the past, I don’t see a issue matchmaking wise to have a Thai VT-4.
It isn’t china’s top of the line MBT but it’s still one of it’s most successful exported MBT’s in recent history.
I don’t see really a issue of a Thai VT-4 MBT in the Japanese tech tree.
It’s some good filler for their tank lineup and adds some more vareity in playstyle.
