based on the rafale it can recieve HMS as it has been tested and integration is planned
the point is that year of service date has no relevance to the game, many buffoons in this thread
the F-22 (Early) will NOT receive the HMD nor 9X. the F-22 (Late) will receive the HMD and 9X. as simple as that
based on what your saying, su34 should recieve kinhal ballistic missile as its was tested on it an its planned

this is the case for rafale yet the one we have ingame has a HMS it doesn’t get IRL, only tested, so again this is just speculation or cope

both probably achieve the same job in war thunder, the khinzal would probably do worse considering the warhead is a third of the size

you still haven’t explained the relevance an ALBM would have in war thunder, what exactly would you achieve with it that couldn’t already be achieved with GNSS guided bombs
speed of detection and interception of the ALBM would be 90% less to happend than normal glide bomb. you can try it. go to the game, change the kh38ml speed to mach 7 and the range to 500km ( who dont matter at all in the game ). hop on a good spaa and try to intercept and defend yourself.
also just to update your statment, kinzhale use cluster bomb for battery defense.
