Eventually Russia will end up in a situation like Germany was before the EFT where they just wouldn’t have anything at top tier. And going even further along, the only nations that could have a top tier (atleast for air) would be the US and potentially China.
Gaijin just needs to actually use their BR system, and not try and force every nation to have a top tier (which makes them suffer, see the ariete for example).

I mean that if a design is heavy based on a previous design, I believe it counts as an upgrade, you can’t look at the SU30SM and tell me it isn’t an upgrade to the SU27, a major upgrade sure, but an upgrade nontheless
