Tomahawk excluded from Lunar Air Bundle when Starter Pack is owned?

If i own the Chinese starter pack that already contains the Curtis hawk is it gonna be excluded from the Lunar sale Pack?

All packs you own will be exluded so you wont have to buy them again.
