To many clouds in GRB when using aircraft

I’m fine with cloud cover, I would prefer that the cloud cover while in the air is the same for all CAS. Not one player can see a hole in the clouds, while the other is completely covered in those same clouds.

Let alone the whole issue with IRST being blocked by a cloud you cant even see
