I sometimes wish that the 3 front pack Tiger H1s would have been Tiger Es instead. Than germany would have it’s OP Tiger as intended… By the way there is already a topic about this:

The photograph you linked looks really cool, so if the Techtree vehichle ever gets an add-on package, I hope it will look like this, so it is slightly different visually. (And even more protected, yay.) I’m convinced the main reason that the Tigris got modelled the way it is, so players can more easily tell them apart.
