Is ITO any good ? I’m grinding Sweden and I’m at 10.3 br , going for the last rank .
The ItO 90M is the most effective NATO SPAA. Its drawbacks are limited ammunition and lack of smoke grenades. There’s only two weapons in the game which outrange it, the AGM-65G (uncommon) and the KH-38ML (also uncommon). Generally you can enforce a no fly zone unless you have a helicopter with brains / a jet with brains to bait out your missiles and abuse said limited ammo.

Addendum lack of guns means fly bys are dangerous although they’ve recently increased its responsiveness in early flight. Not great when an SU is buzzing you with HE rockets but some proper positioning will avoid their suicide runs. Usually you’ll have some IFVs / gun SPAAs which can handle them but if it’s one on one it can be aggravating watching it run repeated passes.
