Thoughts on Statshark being run by a Cheater apparently?

First time i am happy about my 360d chatban…so no fake chat messages & insults assigned to my account.

I am way more concerned about the significant increase of massive packet loss in the last 18 months. Having the possibility to kick everybody out of a match is a prerequisite to offer cheats which creates artificial pl.

Edit: As a side note - this video evidence renders all chat bans worthless - if 3rd party guys can hijack your account and chat messages GMs can’t be sure that they punish the right guys…

This is legitimately disturbing, I can’t believe they’re letting a raging transphobic edgelord run around bullying a minor on all chat in the middle of a battle while taunting them in Discord DM’s

That’s straight up psychopathic behavior, I hope he’ll get some retribution if people are loud enough about this

Massive disappointment since StatShark was so much better than ThunderSkill.
Makes me wonder if the other site developers knew who he was or not, Even if they kick him from their team its still a bad look for them and will take a lot to regain any trust.

More worrisome is the obvious security breach the hacker has exposed, And the question is what other things do they have forbidden access to.

If you ever logged into the site, Log out and change your passwords, And make sure you have 2FA on, And don’t use it for the time being.

Imagine someone being good at programming and wasting it on stalking minors instead of getting a job with it.

The guy must be a true basement dweller.

lol.

Yeah because that is the biggest problem coming off this, not the potential data breach of thousand people accounts when it comes to loggin into statshark website, nor the game server vulnerability.

Anyway, its a massive problem for anyone who ever logged into statshark website; as well for damn nearly everyone if servers are this vulnerable.

Year ban club lets go,we are fine.

Also the PL to disconnect opponents was a thing before in naval when the botters fought their afk accs.

I heard he was kicked from the statshark team but I do not know for sure.
Even so, this should not be tolerated by gaijin and they need to step in and finally do something good for a change

Lmao RIP

I have A LOT of thoughts about this… While StatShark provides some really good info, this “live play” is a bridge too far IMO. In modes where you can see player names (such as ARB) it makes it too easy to focus high threat targets on the enemy team… but that is the least of the issues here.
The bigger issue is Gaijins apparent complete lack of server security. While I’ve pointed out Gaijins complete lack of anti-cheat repeatedly, the fact that a 3rd party can access your account to the degree they can use your in game chat is horrifying… I hope people had the brains to not save their payment info if you bought anything off the gaijin store… not that that would help against someone with this level of intrusion if they where watching when you paid fir something…

“Kicked”, lmao. He just left statshark’s discord. With his main account. So his friends (rest of statshark devs) can pretend that they have no relation to malware development.

I think it’s because showing how cheats work = promoting them.
And since mods are reading this thread, it is concerning that we havent had any commentary from them.

at this point gaijin needs to do a kernel level anti-cheat on the game like what BF6 and BO7 is doing

What comments could a forum mod give?

Yeah… removed again… for even mentioning the channel…

Something like “Issue passed to higer-ups”
