Thoughts about Israel getting More stuff added to aviation tree next update

Before you hate on me for playing Israel I just did it a while back because I wanted a short tree I could finish quicker than any other. So they mentioned that the Israeli aviation tree would be receiving a rank 9 plane and “other surprises” or something like that. So I think it’s fair to say this could be a Greek subtree for aviation? There is plenty to add even if it’s all more copy paste, hell, the rank 9 jet could be a Greek rafale? What do you guys think? Any guesses as to what they will add?

The problem is not people potentially hating on you for your choices in a game, the problem might be you expecting people to hate on you based on your choices and politics of the real world which Gaijin forbids in the Forums. Yes Greece is pretty much confirmed for Israel tech tree in general I believe, I expect the Leopard 2A4 with a 105 mm cannon which would either be too good or too bad either being placed in a utterly low battle rating or too high for its own good, it’s the only thing I’m looking forward for this new series of content for the Israeli tech tree.

Personally I don’t like the idea of a Rafale outside the french air forces tech tree. It’s the flagship of the tech tree but saying something won’t make Gaijin change their plans and decisions as they’ve made with the taiwanese M1A2T in the chinese tech tree and the ignorance to the fact that a good chunk of the community been asking for the thai VT4 in the japanese tech tree as a mean to “repair” the relations between non-chinese players and the developers as some sort of historical/social reparation for similar treatment of vehicles. But we’ll see.

Personally I would prefer that those new non-Israeli vehicles only are implemented in areas where Israel can’t fill, which there’s a very few, the Dassault Rafale F3-R. Something like a F-15IA will work just the same or even better in terms of air-to-air combat in-game if proper weapons is implemented to this aircraft, which is supposed to be the latest israeli modification of the F-15EX before the F-35I.

Greece and Cyprus are like confirmed for almost a year, for this update a ground vechicle is confirmed but we don’t know which

The Abrams is in 2 other TT except the American one, The Leopard is in 4 other TT, F-16V isn’t even in the American TT, there is a Su-30SM outside of Russia, the same with Gripens, F-18 and the Eurofighter but it’s a joint program… We are far off flagships being unique to one TT, France has the Rafale for 1.5+ years (20 months) now that’s way more than other countries kept their own flagships in their own TTs exclusively

Only and Only if it existed

The only realistic options for a rank 9 for Isreal is throw Greece or the Singaporean F-15SG

I don’t want to sound annoying and annoyed but if France still have its own flagship at home, so we advocate for that, nothing can be done for the former list of vehicles that are outside of their respective tech trees. Regarding the F-15SG, I’ll keep my hopes low for that, as much that, if the rumoured F-15E (AESA) is right is natural that Israel may recieve an equivalent but even I think the F-15SG is a stretch on that regard. Just because the Hunter AFV under Singaporean flag was added to Israel, although I have my criticism, still a vehicle mostly made/modified by Israel:

It’s kinda of a awkward position, either Israel gets the F-15IA (which was signed and approved), F-15SG or the Rafale F3-R which the first one in my opinion is the best option for this matter—Given that there are the Hellenic Rafale F3-R will have little diference from its navalized counterpart in the french tech tree apart for the higher landing gear if I’m not wrong and there are no sub-tech tree exclusive line in the israeli air forces tech tree, where it could be placed? If a sub-tech tree isn’t released in one batch to implement a rank IX airplane for Israel, the F-16V Block 70/72 will certainly be the most realistic one apart from the F-15IA and F-15SG as it could be implemented after F-16C Barak II. F-15SG justified previously with the quote from the developers in the Hunter AFV development blog.

You have it for almost 2 years now, you should be happy as many other nations didn’t have that, it’s time to move on. It’s not like the sun will explode if another country gets the Rafale and top tier battles are already split and you see Rafale vs Rafale.

And what’s makes good for America too losses it’s Flagships and its bad for France?

Fair enough, I’ve lost myself in the middle of writing and editting, to best position myself in this matter my perspective would be the following:

Hellenic Rafale F3-R will have little to no difference from the navalized Rafale M F3-R in the french tech tree, personally I would prefer an Israeli-made alternative for rank IX hence my insistance on the F-15IA. Putting the copy and paste matter aside which is a problem, there are, currently, no realistic place to put a rank IX Dassault Rafale in the israeli air forces tech tree as I’ve mentioned unless if Gaijin implements most vehicles for a hellenic-exclusive line as form of sub-tech tree in Israel which would fix part of my issues with this implementation, if that’s not the case (a possible entire line for greek-operated vehicles) then I have no idea that would be fitting to put a Dassault Rafale after a F-16 or two others F-15.

The F-15SG again, as I’ve quoted, Singapore’s vehicles will be implemented in multiple tech trees but still a chance of the F-15SG being planned to be added to Israel as direct counterpart of a possible F-15E (AESA) in the US air forces tech tree if the F-15E (AESA) is confirmed to be true. Even though the F-15IA standard was just approved and there are no examples in israeli service from what I know, then the F-15SG is the most realistic fix to this problem for a rank IX to Israel after the Baz Meshupar or F-15I Ra’am depending on its in-game classification (either as fighter jet or striker jet respectively).

In summary:

Rafale F3-R if hellenic-exclusive air force line is added. F-16V Block 70/72 if not, realistically after the F-16C Barak II. F-15SG if informations of the F-15IA isn’t enough to be added and F-15E (in US tech tree) with AESA radar is added or F-15IA if informations are enough. Not that the F-15E with AESA is a requirement, I think that would be natural to Israel recieve a direct equivalent if US does, as things have been moving with these two tech trees since both F-15E and F-15I Ra’am were added in the same Major update, that’s my expectations for Israel and its new rank IX and I still think F-16V Block 70/72 has higher chances since it’s expected to Israel to house Greece and it’s the closest path Gaijin could take to implement a rank IX. F-15SG could be very well be added as well but returning to that part I’ve highlighted in the developer’s quote:

Singapore’s ground vehicles will be distributed among various in-game nations

You mean the double seater?

Yes but it doesn’t exist

Israel has only 3 lines in air, it’s natural that all Greek additions will be in a fourth line, and we already have in the Isreali TT going from France planes (Kfir) to American planes (F-16) twice ( the Nesher to again an F-16) so there is no problem jumping from American made to French made

I hope it gets added after or folder with the Ra’am so Singapore won’t get splited

Rafale is way easier because it’s a simple C&P the F&16 needs more than that

France isn’t split, its always on its own side.

Meanwhile the US with less F-16s than France (another gaijin classic). Tech Trees are getting less and less unique with each update.
