This map looks ridiculous

Are you serious with this layout bro? red side will always reach the point first, and then they can easily hodl it. Unless I missed something, no matter how I sees it this map is heavily favored red side.

Blue team easily spawn camped, especially from the north

Winning the battle isn’t about spawn camping, it’s about capturing the point

Do not let enemy get out of spawn = no resistance when capturing

Takes time to get to enemy spawn= enemy is already at the point. And who even starts spawn camping since the beginning on the battle?

In this case, the spawn are more closer each other than the cap, plus you can see the spawn from far.

You can see the screanshot, everyone fighting to get to the spawn instead of A.

Literally every top tier russian players do not go cap they go right to spawn

I, in fact do not, only 3 are heading towards spawn

If only the majority recognizes that

They’ve completely butchered Eastern Europe with these new layouts.

Went from an exceptionally rare enjoyable map, to yet another one that’s nearly unplayable.

I never found maps where the mid was separated by water to be enjoyable most of the time

As this is a blue-team screenshot, you have no idea where majority of red are.
Could be a lot of them in E3-E4, but fog-of-war conceals them.

Once you control A - like red is doing - they start to squeeze blue back into their own zone.

Blue obviously has a longer distance to travel than red in order to Cap.

Red team easily spawn camped, especially from the North.
You see that hill?
Even separated by a river.

From my experiences on that map, West side has won more often, but ultimately everything’s down to team skill.

… you don’t need the entire team to camp a spawn?

This is basic military logistics dude.

You strain/drain spawn points and tickets with a small force, shich gives your point team time to take the contested point. Enemy is tied up in spawn and therefore their reinforcements won’t arrive and they lose the initiative.

The spawn kills increase the odds of people just leaving instead of staying. Then it snow balls.

This has happened OVER and OVER.

Also, a small force spawn camping won’t typically trade 1 for 1, but usually get 2-3 kills. If you’re spread out then it makes it even harder for the spawning team to respond effectively. Thus positioning becomes a force multiplier.

I know, I’m just saying that not all of the team is heading towards the enemy spawn, because the other guy said that all of the team is going towards the enemy spawn

The picture is an example, and may not even be russians as blufor.

He is right, russians go fast and hard for spawn. But to his discredit, any good player goes for the flank to either counter flank and move into a kill lane, or lock down an angle of the points before pushing into spawn.

That said, in RUS/Germ games, I do see them push straight for spawn most times. Then whoever dies picks up a cap on the way back to the frontline. So he isnt really wrong.

He is saying to go directly to spawn
