However after playing for awhile, someone explained crew exp to me. So I went to use some of it, and none of my pilots received anything all day. I’m glad I only had a few hours invested. Kudos to you that play this, it was interesting. But after trying to find information on this issue, it seems the best option for me is to steer clear of it.
