The YAK-130 should be moved to 10,0-10,3 where its at a BR where all the nations have access to guided bombs or missiles

Yes, we all believe that the great majority of the community active in the forums, which takes part of battle rating changes feedbacks, will support any A-4 Skyhawk going up in battle rating, for example:
yak130 at higher BR than su25 with countermeasures, RWR and more hardpoints?
bump that thing up to then, cuz 3 nations should not have guided bombs or missiles unless every nation can have it at the same BR Range

germany has su22 ( who is insane good even without guided bomb )
russia has yak130
britain has nothing
japan has a4 with bunch of missile ( guided weapons are reported )
china has f-5
italy has G-91
sweden got nothing
israel has a-4.
so 2 out of 9.
