I hope everyone can take screenshots of those maps with bad weather and post them here,so that the designers can reflect on it.

There is a plane right in front of me on the last image.

Try to find it :p.

We should join together to sue the designer. The weather system he designed has led to a decline in players’vision.

That’s pretty realistic, no?

In war, pilots don’t get to choose the weather they go out in.
Neither should you.

where is the navigation systems present to fly in said weather in game

  • RALT (radar alt)
  • Map that is remarkably accurate
  • Sea level alt

Not really.

Night-fighters are a very specialized class of aircraft, usually twin engine heavy aircraft with multiple crewmen.

Think Bf 110 G4, F6F-5N, Mosquitos, P-61s, beaufighter.

Light, air superiority fighters have fairly strict operation limits. Lack of proper IFR-compliant equipment kind of requires high visibility to safely land and operate at lower altitudes. Desperation did make some of them be used for night-fighters, but these planes were retrofitted with landing lights and received serious ground and wingman assistance that we do not have in Warthunder.

Last I saw, there’s no ground radar who shine searchlights at enemy fighters and bombers for my Bf109F4.

I’ll happily land using something like this:

Meanwhile the only thing I got are:

  • Artificial horizon (a rarity, some of my earlier planes don’t even have such and you can only rely on Turn & Slip + altitude to see where your nose is pointing)
  • Turn & Slip Indicator
  • Compass
