it’s a my impression or the eurofighter was nerfed again?
I used it quite a bit after adding the kobra button, left it for a couple of weeks and picked it up again now, and even using the said button it seems to behave a bit like a piece of wood…

A few people said it felt like it was Shadow nerfed with todays patch. Not had a chance to try it out yet myself
i didn’t hear about the patch, it’s definitely a shadow-nerf, dammit!
also because actually i tryed in 1 hour of realistic battles, now i can confirm this in my opinion
for first the brimstones, and now also the manovrability, great, a new meat grinder for the pantsir
Nothing in the datamines indicating any changes to typhoon so anything your feeling is placebo and entirely on your end.
Also don’t use the AoA button on the typhoon its a terrible choice and flys better without it.

it’s only for close range manouvers, for thight turns it’s the best
But if there would have been an shadow nerf, we would have still saw it in the Datamines, but in the datamines is nothing

Yeah, which leads me to believe there isnt any at this time. Felt much the same tonight as it has this past week

Yeah, definetly isnt right. The more I play it though, the more I think the problem is entirely to do with how it accelerates. It feels so sluggish to regain any speed. Especially when low on both fuel and weapons. I constantly feel like I need to get out and give it a push.
But yeah, the radar is definetly a mess too
If I had to chose purely for Dogfight, I think i would prefer the F-4F ICE over the EF, same when it comes to the Radar part
If it wasnt for the fact I absolutely love the HUD, HMD and MFDs (though cant wait for them to be finished) Id probably stick with the F3
Yea, those are 1 of the 2 reasons why I keep the EF in the lineup xD

Probably won’t be now till the next major, but hopefully we’ll get a total overhaul.
Don’t you think the EuroFighter already has a very good performance? It would be useful, gaijin, to fix the FM of the Flankers and Fulcrums, so that they can stop being a flying bus, who knows, maybe give more attention to the poor poor poor little Gripen

actually i tried the gripen, it’s my first plane after the delusion of the EF problem
But they are compared to a Gen 4.5 airframes.
F-15 is exactly the same. Flanker is a 70s design, its like expecting an F-14 to match a Rafale. Russia and the USA to a lesser extent opted to modernise 70s designs. Excluding the F-22! And while Su-27/35 is a great airframe it is not to the kinematic performance of a Typhoon, F-22 or Rafale.
Map sizes also hurt Flankers even the 35 as it will not accelerate as fast as a Typhoon or a Rafale.
Putting it in a similar position now.

They need to fix the typhoons radar ASAP. It’s busted, completely. Even with it’s placeholder radar the Gripens radar is probably the stronger of the 2 currently.
FM though shouldn’t left to fester just because the community perceive it to be the best airframe at the moment (it’s not)
