Plane rating is relative to other players who played that specific plane. Planes played by lots of bad playes will result in a comparatively higher rating because the ceiling is lower.
Tis’ the reason why I have a purple F-84G despite it pretty much in line with all of my other 3kd planes.

Yes its the overall. But the rating is still fudged with AI. The other guy with AI kills/ high score and few player kills is still rated good
You will never notice it
He’d still be below 0.4KS if you factor in that 14% air AI kills manually btw. It does seem that the ai kills helped him on the score/team pos but it doesn’t matter when SR1 took account of his KS and WR.

This guy is also likely to be farming score in NE given the high mismatch in score and deaths per game played. The whole NE counting towards stats isn’t patched yet after all.
