From my point of view I think a plausible solution could be that airfields can only be destroyed by genuine bombers (And for all other classes they can attack the airfield after destroying 10 targets). And that more bases and targets for multirole are distributed on the map where different types of ammunition make sense, for example bunkers (bombs), outposts (Napalm/Rockets), reconnaissance vehicle (GBU), supply base (Rockets), trenches (Napalm/Bombs/Rockets), and even many more, without exaggerated ticket bleeding.
It’s just an idea.
People that only play sim to try grind the event faster by grinding in PVE - deserve a missile up their tail pipe. I refuse to dilute sim battles from those who actually enjoy it and want to play it seriously to try take time off the event. I just play ARB, and take that extra time.
I expected some vague and principle-based reason but yeah, this makes sense!
When I see a missile on my RWR I press the magical J key. This make many hunters mad in chat in the game.
If shoving missiles is what you desire , let me introduce you to laser guided missiles !
Want a munition that is essentially a unflareable Aim-9B? Use the KH25ML.
Want a guaranteed headon kill? The 9K127 Vikhr is for you.
At the low low cost of using a flying bucket (SU-25T) , you too can get easy kills on F111F s relying on their MAW to do all the work.
Simplest way to end the “PVE” enforcers is to just throw absurd and often-times rage inducing munitions at them.
I can guarantee that dying to a Vikhr while landing is not very fun (to the enemy)
This is why I turn off my radar :p
When I see something on my tail in my RWR, I just drop chaff
Yeah only the pro zomber hunters who turn off radar and use guns instead of missiles deserve the kill :)
F-111’s MAWS can even detect IR missiles. Flare and chaff works well unless the opponent is an MiG-23
Yes and no. If you know how to exploit the Mig-23s weaknesses then you can do fine. Tornado Gr1 is the main ground attacker that I play that faces the Mig-23, its annoying at times, as you have basically no air cover on your team most of the time, but you can often throw them off with some proactive use of chaff. Though having 1200 chaff does allow you to be more liberal with your chaff usage.
Isn’t it just rear?
As far as I know, 111s MAWS doesn’t work against missiles that is coming from front or top.
Yeah, its rear-aspect only, though in something like the F-111A, in Sim, at 10.3, you are basically only worrying about rear-aspect IRs. I dont think there is any all-aspects it can face in a 10.3 match and even in 10.7 only things like the Su-25K have all-aspects.
I mean we have 11.0BR matchmakers so, you can bring MiG-21bis.
And most “PvE” players doesn’t care matchmakers.
The worst case for F-111A zombing is to have MiG-23ML/A/D at 11.3 on enemy team. MiG-21 are fast and also bring some trouble. Other planes are generally not a threat especially when the F-111 only carry 4 inner pylons so that they fly at least 1.05 Mach.
Why would that be?
simp just add real PVE mode every thing will fine i mean real PVE not shit like assault let those cas plane do their job
It would be like Heli PvE. Low rewards, extremely bad gameplay and 0 bug fixes after its added.
true.
did you played the first heli pvp? not sim map one. you can cap point and attack ground ai unit . it more like a real mode but gaijin delete it. it more playable.
no, never did, but all i heard about it was if you werent in a Ka-50, the gamemode was unplayable
no not that one even early
