Lately that R-60M has been getting me lots more kills. Especially in the new event. I was dogfighting a F-15 and managed to get a good R-60M shot on him. He flared it properly but still had afterburners on. Normally the flares would work but this time, the missile went wide enough it missed the flares entirely… then it seemed like it was going to go for a flare and then suddenly reacquired the F-15 and killed him!
I was shocked to say the least. I know the Eagle on full burner is a big heat source but the R-60M? Usually a Taco Bell fart is enough to decoy that missile.
