I meant missile class (IR, SARH, and ARH), not individual missiles like the AIM-9X and R-74M. Radar missiles are the true nature of the SU-39, miscommunication on my side.

The A-10C from what I’ve heard is underBR’ed, but the point you made for the Harrier is honestly fair. The AIM-9Ls aren’t as good as they use to be. I remember the good times when it was basically just a unflareable ballistic missile.

The reason it isn’t down in Br is most likely do to it being soley a strike aircraft, unlike the Su39, using it air rb for other purposes than getting modifications is just your problem. Do I think it needs a down tier, yes, since it falls into the same trap as the A10 late, with it being severly underpowered in air rb, but its fantastic in ground.
tbh it’s just an A-10A Late with GNSS glide bombs and laser-guided Paveways, nothing special for 11.7.
even Su-39 is better due to the Kh-29TE and Vikhrs.
A-10s have been getting more and more useless with the past of the years, when they were released they were beasts and everybody told u to not head-on them. now i head-on any A-10 i see cuz they’re slow and dumb asf.
