F-18A, F-18C, F-15A, Su-33, Su-27, J-11, F-2A ADTW, Su30Mk2/MKK, J-11A, F-15C MSIP II, F-15JM, F-15 Baz Meshupar, Su-27SM3, J-11B, F-15E, F-15I, F-18Cs?, Typhoon x3, F-15C GE, F-18E, Typhoon AESA x3, Su-30MKM, Su-30SM, Rafale C/M, and Su-30SM all need to move up by 0.3 - 0.7 BR as a whole.
This would be to separate them from weaker single engine’d systems such as F-16 ADF, F-16C Block 50, F-16I, Mirage 2000… and weaker twin engine’d systems such as Mig-29.
Honorable mention to Su-34, which could be better than the Su-30Mk2, but I don’t know. It is a tad fat.
Honorable mention to Gripen E at 14.3, and F-2A at 13.7. I don’t know how these balance out when the strong twin engines [and F-2A] move up.

Yes in the bug report devs said they don’t want to change the br of the su30 premiums at all cost. They’re stuck there for a while
