no according to you they should be 13.0, since usually 4 ARHs are found at 13.0 and that is all you are basing your arguement on.
i own both of these premiums and probably every unique 13.7 there is in the game currently, are they the strongest at 13.7? no, they’re premiums they should be side/slight downgrades at the same BR as their counterparts to insentivize the use of TT vehicles. Also they are better than some other 13.7s depending on your preferences ( most F16s, Gripen C, Baz, Su34). So to answer your question yes they are the same as current 13.7s just don’t compare them to stuff that should be at 14.0 if it weren’t for compression (J11B, Su27SM, J10A, F15JM).
Radar honestly isn’t that bad with manual controls, plus imo having hms is much more important for those quick off bore launches

these 13.0 can be in a 12,3 or a 13,7 matches.
not all the time will have to go against fox 3.
please make your case, what makes the Su30MKK/MK2 AMV worse than Current 13.7s so much so that it deserves to be 13.3?
Worst case it’s is on the lower end of the BR bracket, where it should be as a premium, and even then it’ll perform just fine.
And that has exactly what to do with being able to notch an ARH?

As far as i recall the radars are identical bar designation.
The Su-27SM and the Su-30MK2 use the same radar, the N001VEP.

the 27SM belongs to 14.0 (and uses the same radar btw so great self own), even then 10 (6/4) missiles is still above average for 13.7 and that exactly makes up for the below average flight performance. Your pros don’t mention HMS which with the missile kit and amount also more than makes up for your lacking flight performance. The radar is a straight up skill issue, learn to use different modes ranges and angles, it’s perfectly serviceable at 13.7. Can’t be the heaviest 13.7, the Su34 exists, that one doesn’t get HMS btw so there’s that. There’s absolutely no reason that thing should be below 13.7, it is a straight up average 13.7.
