This isn’t a good balancing factor. By this logic SM2 can be brought down to 13.0. It also has Fox-3s, all enemy has to do is notch, it’s not that hard

Of course, because the SM2 doesnt gets 14 missiles, a super potent radar with 42 gazillion degree of amplitude, not to mention the R-27ER.
On the other hand you have a plane with x4 not-that-good FOX-3 whose only trick and advantage is to go to mach fuck early in the game.

That’s why Kfir goes up. Against anything that isn’t Su-30 it is fair at 13.3. Nothing there has better sensors (outside of ADTW), and difference in 2 missiles isn’t as insurmountable as difference in 6 missiles.
