The statement that the BUK-M3 is the weakest anti-aircraft system at 12.7 is incorrect

Buk is far away from Op.
I hope you you woulld actually unlock it, and try it.

Only way BUK is actually hitting helos, if player is smart enought to NOT use radar screen on shot against those, and instead using launcher and launchers own tracking radar. ( what you need actually see target to get lock)

And well well well, imagine that BUK what is completely radar missile doesnt respect same rules as IRIS what is radar quided, having IOG and gnss on first part of missile track, and when missile is in 10Km range of target it switches to IR quidance , and actually decimates every flying jet out from the sky. And yes IRIS is still best top tier AA in game.

NATO 12.7 spaas don’t have that launcher saclos system, they suck. Can’t hit any helicopter with them.

Completely useless. Once again, advantage given to Russia (what a surprise).

It doesnt have SACLOS. It is still radar , but it uses launchers radar to track it not the slow ass main dish with 4sec blind spot.
And that is only advantage in buk in reality.
And still every nato SPAA on 12.7 is performing better compared to BUK, what an surprise

Once again, best mechanic given to russian spaa, and that way helis die against Russia and not against NATO.

Advantage given to Russia, “russian bias doesn’t exist”, I know the drill

Save some tears for when it actually comes out

Just another lie. Everyone whoever played every TT in top tier knows it’s either type03 or spyder to be the worst one

BUK most likely isnt the worst one but it also definitely isnt IRIS-T

An additional consideration would be whether the Pantsirs popularity is negatively impacting BUK kill rates compared to the other SPAA since russia is the only tree with 2 top tier viable SPAA that compete for kills

My ircm top tier heli deflects iris missiles without problem. BUK always manages to land its missiles on top of my heli and instantly destroys it (on the first try).

I don’t understand how, but I understand why (the bias)

It does! Also if you are in a squad with BUK and you in Pantsir…you are pretty much untouchable! BUK shoots the aircraft, Pantsir the ordinance. Afaik the only nation that can actually effectively do that

If you dont understand how, you shouldnt be yapping about it than perhaps?

Don’t understand why USSR is getting another top tier spaa, saying buk is the worse spaa is like saying t-90m is the worse toptier mbt

Well that would make Gaijins reasoning for the new Pantsir even more ridiculous

Exactly! Also one thing that will also probably also happen is the new Pantsir is gonna be bringing BUKs numbers even lower thus Gaijin can say “Oh look it doesnt perform well at all, we need to add something new” and wanna bet that will happen? LOL

Imagine, It is allready told him only way how buk manages to kill helo, and he still doesnt understand how, but bias is real.

Oh well…

imo the buk is good, MY main reason for its bad preformance it is becasue its its not reliable, the missiles have their mind of their own, and the main radar just won’t detect anything sometimes.

Well sorry to disappoint, last time I played ussr was on that Decoration , about week ago.
But what ever when you cant hear the thruth about your glorified BUK , that is is actually dogwater compared to Nato 12.7AA’s

it only becomes a bad idea if gaijins internal data is somehow so far from the deviating metric statshark uses, which shocker it shouldnt be as statshark polls the public API every month

So unless the accounts that are being polled, are either over performing above the average or underperforming then statshark stats shouldnt be that far from the factual truth.

there would have to be an insane discrepancy between both data pools for that to be the case which mathematically with how many accounts we are talking here would put that in the realm of nearly impossible when we are talking about millions of accounts and data sets.

i think hq-11 should also be thrown on that list, it’s in the same boat as the spyder rlly

But that’s not the case. Although I know the HQ-11 has many issues—such as having only half the ammunition of other 12.7 SAMs—its K/R ratio still ranks fourth among 12.7 SAMs, proving that its current capabilities are sufficient to handle the present battlefield environment.
