they did on the m1a1 in dev it doesnt have drive controls ammo door hydraulics and the battery pack above the engine anymore and they should add where the hydraulic reservoir beside the turret basket doesnt block movement since it doesnt do it irl

oh right mb, havent checked the dev today mb, actually good changes lol. probably doing it so they dont have to give the sepv3 the new hull lmao

US eating good this major.
Apparently they added driver controls to Black Night too.

they removed the driver controls because they were eating too much spall

seems to be a pretty significant nerf

shots to the lfp do a lot more damage now than they did when the driver controls were there

and the m60a1 premium aswell lol

You mean the M60 that is based off of the Gulf War that… doesn’t have anything from the Gulf War.

Aren’t they going to make a post this week regarding the armor on the abrams?

Wow, they made the turret ring slightly thicker (the bare minimum), while banning, muting, and deleting players with documents, instantaneously saying, “not enough sources” on anything to do with the Abrams. Refusing to buff the hull armour, while slightly buffing the turret cheeks for whatever reason. I bet they will raise the gun so the turret ring is more exposed to cannon fire. Also wow! A new round! That does 5mm extra pen! Meanwhile they buffed Relikt armour by more than 5mm.

dont know if it is about the armor but yes they are making one and it will most likely come out tomorrow since we didnt get a devblog on tuesday

Other nation mains as well, since there is no guarantee that the US mains will stick around to help their cause once the Abrams is fixed. Amd vise versa.

American mains never seem to help, they’re just as bad as Russian mains when they’re on top. Remember their supremacy and how they lobbied hard against every nation that might threaten the F-16 (Grippen nerfs), F-15s, F-14s, F-4S, etc.

It’s just nation mainism overall, just more obvious from the major nation mains since there are more of them.

The bug report was closed because "None of the sources provided specify what specific changes were made to the Abrams’ armor. We cannot accept a report based on vague data.

Furthermore, the weight distribution of the SEPv3 is well documented, allowing an analysis of the application of additional armor and features.

All the extra weight went into the turret.”

If I said what I wanted to about this, I would have permeant read-only access to the forums.
The fact that this comes in light of the Abrams getting a bunch of new modules, so I guess Gaijjin suddenly knows every square inch of the Abrams and gives them 5+ minute repair times.
Don’t my fellow War Thunder players just love how leaking classified military documents is the only way to get past an arbitrary standard to begin with?

Not true, we leaked classified Challenger documents years ago, and they still refuse to give armour to the most armoured NATO MBT, and they also added in fictional Turret Baskets.

Even when the Eurofighter was top dog, British and Italian mains still advocated for NATO buffs. The few Israeli players advocated for American buffs (I guess in a roundabout way, it would affect them too), Swedish players advocate for everyone. Even Chinese players have the occasional helpful attitude against Russian buffs, and they’re the ones that benefit from Russian buffs. Main (nation) character syndrome is so exhausting.

All I’m going to say is that this varied wildly dependijg on where you were looking.

So it is worse than I thought it could get. We really need either a docs leak or boycott.
