poland weeping in the corner
Dude I want the improved hull too? I’m just pointing out gaijin will not accept speculation as evidence for a hull improvement
Yeah sure, but you need to find evidence for that. Which is what I’m trying to do lol, you can’t just claim something without a source backing you up.
As far as i understand it all tests during the Swedish trials were done with Swedish designed armor (not entirely certain though, and i’m also tired from not having eaten lunch yet lol):

It’s literally classified by the U.S government DU anything is hard to find we have found multiple sources that we have submitted through bug reports and such clearly defining the differences in mine protection and hull protection yet yall want more info. We can’t provide classified information the armor is so protected that it would literally take an act from congress to find out about the DU.
It’s illegal to send the specialized DU armor overseas so I highly doubt they would make an exception for Swedish games lol.
Yall? I’m not gaijin buddy, I’m just trying to not get us all banned for spamming bug reports with no real changes to what we are using as proof
Well you are one of us then I am sorry I’m just so frustrated lol.
Oh really? If u have time could u send the original source please? Thanks
Yeah it’s really annoying that all gaijin wants are illegal documents lol

I found approximate data on the Abrams’ NLD starting from the M1A1. The figures listed there seem more realistic and closer to the truth.
Main Battle Tank - M1, M1A1, and M1A2 Abrams
But this seems far more believable than the numbers Gaijin came up with. I find it hard to believe that the United States hasn’t improved its armor technology since 1979. The armor packages have been upgraded multiple times over the years.
It’s a presentation held at a museum in Sweden called “Arsenalen” , the presentation is called “Stridsfordon idag och imorgon” by a guy named “Rickard O. Lindström” . Sadly can’t remember where i found it.
Alr I’ll look into it thank you
I’m not sure if this is the right direction to go in tbh, this is a personal analysis of the m1 and it doesn’t use any real us government reports or analysis for this armour evaluation, we should probably try to stick to government reports.
Chat GPT tends to use some odd sources for it’s claims. That list isn’t teven the original source for that information and that link at the bottom doesn’t lead anywhere for me. After doing a deeper dive that list you posted an image of is not even third party, it’s like 5’th - 6’th party information through a game of telephone lol. the Source linked at the bottom is just some dude named Collin that compiled a spreadsheet of info gathered from an online forum posted by random people.
Hi,
We found this source too but when we attempt to reference citations or see where they got this data from it lead to a dead end
Could you see if you can find its source?
I think we’ll have to write an open letter to Trump asking him to declassify this thing.
At this point it’s the only thing we could do lmao.
That link leads to a private site that lists many MBT’s and their armor, at the bottom the guy that made it states:
Tanknet was just an online forum for anyone to join and discuss things:
This is several degrees worse than a third party source lol.
Lmao at least you tried
