The standards to revise M1A2 SEPv3's armor NEED to be revised and calibrated

Can gaijin please remove A3 and nerf Abram they are getting too good 😊

How about we nerf the armor more and give it worse revrate then T-90 and give it heat round only, i think that should fix the issue

Doesn’t that kinda mean more spall damage? Idk but I do love that the exhaust is no longer part of the Engine DM. I think the engine still looks a little high but it’ll be harder to damage you by just hitting the hump!

To be fair, Gaijin is already set on their fantasy SEPv3 implementation so I’m not sure anything would change.

I mean look at the 150mm RHA but wait actually not 150mm RHA plates on the turret cheeks.

One can hope, let’s see how it goes

Mfw: WiP turns out being WiP

Also you already received an answer to this from smin;

They really are man tbh

Everything is WiP, until the update goes live and it’s still the same.

I trust Smin to a certain extend, but I’ll fully believe it when I log in and see it changed.

Yeah they voted for “more detailed realistic modules” not “selectively realistic bs to nerf only NATO stuff once again”. There is a difference actually.

100% this i genuinely hate the WIP excuse because dev server has shown time and time again that more often than not they treat it as final and not actually WIP

Yeah, go tell these stories to Gaijin staff. I care about gameplay and player’s interactions became much more fair since detailed modules, as for someone who has Abrams as the most played tank. Because I repeat once again matchmaking is not NATO VS RU, and I remember most recent moments like shooting center hull of type 90 with Abrams and killing driver while it shoots back and kills me.

Please stay on topic.

Well, ultimately as I’m casually browsing Reddit, Youtube, Forums, etc.
I am rapidly losing hope for any change in regards to the LFP, considering the community is so divided amongst themselves they’ll rather make fun of US mains for being, well, US mains, over acknowledging the double standards that hamper all nation besides Russia.

Relikt is getting buffed, and although at first I figured it wasn’t that bad based on word of mouth, upon personal experience testing it out, as well as Zenturions newest vid on the topic, I’m genuinely dumbfounded people take issue with the idea that Abrams would have respectable hull armor, and excuse this borderline outrages buff.

If nothing else, Gaijin is getting off scott-free cause many players are inherently biased towards their perspective nations that they play, and often excusing horrid balance as skill issue - True, there’s a seed of truth to that statement, but one has to remember, if one grinded all the way up to 12.7 (cause let’s be honest, GE-ing free RP to that BR is outrageously expensive), their word, IMO, should have considerable weight and not be constantly excused as Skill Issue, as is the case with US mains.

Same goes for Air RB, people who deny that the PoBit isn’t a flying coffin at 14.3 don’t know what they’re talking about.

Hope my tangent didn’t go too off-topic, but it’s just something that I’ve noticed.

Relikt is getting “buffed” exclusively against M829A3, so it doesn’t negate the ERA protection it offers like it does to Kontakt 5. Calling this an “outrageous buff” is absurd. Maybe there’d be less people getting annoyed at “US mains” if y’all weren’t behaving like that starving Patrick meme.

It already didn’t lolpen Relikt. The A3 should be better than the A2 against Relikt regardless of “it was made to combat it”… Relikt is meant to reduce a long rod effectiveness. Not totally eat it. Furthermore having an anti ERA tip would still yield some benefits. Just not as much as on K5. So claiming the A2 should have the same effectiveness as A3 on the dev doesn’t make sense to me at all physics wise. Relikt would need to be magic.

Cant this be used as arguments for hull upgrade? Community Bug Reporting System

Its accepted

Well you bring valid points:

  1. Community is divided amongst themselves over acknolweding the double standards (often brings up what-about-ism, instead of focusing on the issue at hand)
  2. Skill issue is often brought up as an explination for poor performances of a nation, yet…data isn’t provided? It’s taken at face value?

Your little tangent said somethings that were needed to be said, becuase it’s part of the reason why this forum was made

M829A3 penned the T-80BVM UFP, including Relikt, at close range before the change. You referenced the video that showed that yourself. Now it doesn’t anymore. The only round that’s affected by this change is M829A3, which will still be the best shell in the game after this patch. Calling that “outrageous” is absurd.

No clue how realistic this is, from what I read there’s good indications that M829A4 was adapted to improve on shortcomings of M829A3 against heavy “third generation” ERA, so it’s probably not too far of from the truth. We’re probably working in the absence of good data on this anyways, so it’s a more than reasonable balancing decision.

The bug team nerfed XM1 Chysler, XM1 GM and M1 Abrams M774 silver bullet on total BS claims, that later were proven wrong AND they admitted it. And STILL haven’t fixed it. This, and now the SEP V3 frontal armor insult. Every bug report on the frontal armor gets immediately tossed, with zero consideration, regardless of proof.

Unfortunatly we can’t really do anything except keep this in record to point out to Gaijin. I’d recommending showing this to a Moderator so it can be looked at
