I don’t know how you manage to play on a gamepad with all of the controls in this game. The point that I was trying to say with the throttle is that 102% throttle is significantly more fuel efficient than 110% throttle. Full throttle is more thrust, but it has significant diminishing returns on fuel consumption. We want to reduce weight to improve our agility. One way to reduce weight is to reduce fuel. With reduced fuel we need to improve our fuel efficiency so that we have enough flight time to get to the battle and hopefully back home if needed. I have two buttons that I press to raise or decrease throttle. In the settings for throttle, there’s a sensitivity setting. I made my throttle adjustments slower so that it is easier to set my throttle to ~102 or 103% instead of it jumping quickly all the way to 110%. You’ll want to use this 102% afterburner when cruising around the map, but you may still need to go all the way to 110% to maximize energy for combat once the shooting starts.
The cockpit audio lines can help you pay attention to when you have critically low fuel levels. I don’t speak russian, and I’m going to mangle the spelling of this phrase, but for “BINGO FUEL” you want to listen for the lady to say something that sounds roughly like “Rabish Vojrata”
edit:
I tried looking it up. I don’t know if it’s correct, but I saw someone spell it as “Rubezh vozvrata” and google translate told me that’s “RETURN LINE” which sounds close enough to the meaning of bingo fuel.
Not an excuse i have every radar control mapped along with everything else required including seperate flares chaff and weapon switching on an xbox its not hard.
Nothing its your fault for grinding out a techtree that won’t have a single competitve toptier until the Su-57
Last I checked, the BR system is supposed to match vehicles up against PEERS. Gaijin has failed to follow through on that and air balance is worse now that it has been in years. An easy way to restore balance would be reductions in BR for most non-american planes since they blatantly aren’t competing with the F-15 on equal footing. Sending the F-15C to BR 14 or 14.3, sending the original flanker to 13, etc.
Then they’ll need to reduce the rate of that USA is given new toys until the other nations have finished playing catchup. That means USA doesn’t automatically deserve further upgraded missiles whenever another nation gets an upgrade that minimizes the power gap between them and USA. Unless ofcourse they would prefer to rework simulator battles into a mode where USA can fight USA all day.
The issue with this is that russia literally doesn’t have an aircraft until the Su-57 that will match up to any future western or chinese aircraft added to toptier in the future, the absolute peak 4th gen besides the Mig-31 they can recieve is the Mig-35 which entered service in 2019 and the only upgrade it has over the current russian toptier is a slightly better R-77 that the Su-27SM will get anyway soon and a poor PESA radar meanwhile the peak chinese 4th gen the J-16 gets an AESA and Stealth coating and pretty much every western mid 90s jet outperforms anything russian even from this decade
If the planes can’t match the US ones, then they don’t belong at the same BR. If American planes are so darn superior then send them to a BR that is appropriate for their stature whether that be 14, 15, 16, 20, etc.
Wouldn’t be possible you’d have russia be without a toptier for the next 2-4 years since all their planes would have to be a lower br

MiG-29G at 13.0 with R-73s and R-27ERs:
With less of them
And still worser FM in 2C
